Chop chicken breasts into chunky nugget cubes or strips.
Dip (or dump) into bowl of natural yoghurt to coat,
Cover each in mix of crushed cornflakes and grated parmesan...
Bake on a tray lined with baking paper on 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
PS: the easy way to crush cornflakes are to tie in a plastic food grade bag (the cereal bag is perfect) and then roll over with a rolling pin.
